Potential home buyers, please read:

As a home buyer, there is no direct cost to you for using a buyer's agent.  You do not pay a commission.  Sellers pay for both their own agent's commission and the buyer's agent commission.  You should select your agent upfront, as the buyer's agent who shows you the home in person should be the agent who writes up your contract.
